For larger projects, our team creates detailed 2D and 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished space. We refine the design until it's exactly what you want.
Material Selection
We help you choose the right materials for your project — considering aesthetics, durability, maintenance, and budget. We only recommend materials proven for coastal NC conditions.
Permitting
If your project requires permits (decks, docks, sunrooms, etc.), we handle the entire application process. Including CAMA permits for waterfront projects.
Construction
Our in-house crew builds your project with precision and care. One point of contact throughout. Regular updates and a clean job site.
Final Walkthrough
